Woodlands Park is located at 501 Barton Street between Sanford and Wellington. It is 5.3 acres of public space, one of the oldest parks in the City and contains amenities that include a newer playground, outdoor exercise equipment, a soccer field, multi-use court and a building, Many improvements have taken place over the years and we aren’t done yet! Planned for the future is a “Ghost Landscape” art project that was featured in our February issue and a long-awaited Spray Pad.
This project includes the addition of a spray pad, and sun shelter. A presentation of the proposal can be found at Woodlands Park Spray Pad | Engage Hamilton.
