The GALA Herald publishes monthly features on the first of every month. Deadline for articles, pictures, events, and advertising is the 15th of every month prior to the publication date. Copy guidelines are required to meet newspaper standards and will be edited for reserved space. All questions and submissions can be emailed to galaherald@gmail.com.
Our local community news is proudly being hand delivered to 3000 residents and businesses by our dedicated volunteer distribution teams. We also have an on-line presence at www.galaherald.ca
The Publication Team is comprised of volunteers that includes: Brenda Duke, Michelle Secord, Janice Arsenault, and Ann and Ed Dunbar.
Articles are submitted by Community Partners and interested writers.
The GALA Herald relies on our volunteers to submit articles, promote ad sales, proofread, interview people and businesses, prepare the issue and deliver our local news to the community. To join our team, please email us with your area of interest.
