Days are getting shorter, and soon the temperature will become more bearable. The kids will be back to their school routines – and perhaps your thoughts turn to finding a welcoming coffee shop?
At 541 we are very conscious that not being able to sit at a table indoors is frustrating, and our encouragement to still wear masks is an unusual request that hasn’t been a mandate for months.
However, we have always aimed to make 541 a safe space for all, and for us that has meant being cautious about unmasked full reopening. Many in our community are not fully vaccinated, and for those who are not in the best of health Covid is often a serious illness.
We are working to reintroduce our wonderful volunteers back into our schedule, and looking at ways to improve air quality in our space, while continuing to provide masks for those who wish to wear them.
So come on in to 541, where the coffee is always on, the baked goods freshly homemade, and you have the opportunity to share with others as we welcome Fall together.
