Library Updates

Join the fun at the Barton Library this summer as the Summer Reading Club makes a comeback! Come to the branch Saturday, June 24^th from 9am-5pm to register for the Summer Reading Club, pick up your Reading Tracker and Activity book, and join in the scavenger hunt, crafts, and games.

The Club is open to ages Birth to 17 years and their caregivers and will help to keep you reading all summer long!

Summer Reading Club program highlights:

Magician Owen Anderson: Tuesday, July 4^th, 10:30am – all ages

CSI Mystery with the Hamilton Children’s Museum: Wednesday, August 9^th at 2pm, 8-12yrs (registered program)

YMCA Youth Resume and Job Searching Workshop: July 19^th at 2pm, Teens

Comics and Secret Identities: Wednesday, August 2^nd, 2pm, 4-12 years

All About Bees: Wednesday, July 5^th, 2pm, 4-12 years

Get Ready for Kindergarten: Wednesdays, August 2^nd-23^rd 10:30am (registered program for children entering Kindergarten in September 2023)

Reading Buddies: Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 4^th– August 17^th, 6-12 years
