On July 21st, the Barton Village Farmers Market opened its stalls to the community for the very first time, and it was a resounding success. From 9 AM to 1 PM, the market buzzed with the excitement of nearly 400 attendees, all eager to explore the offerings of our 13 vendors.
The weather couldn’t have been better, providing the perfect backdrop for families and friends to gather and enjoy the day. With live music adding a festive touch, the parking lot at Barton st & Birch Ave was transformed into a vibrant community space.
Our vendors showcased an impressive array of local goods, from fresh baked bagels and smoked salmon, hot sauce, and baked goods to handmade crafts and pottery, ensuring there was something for everyone. The support and enthusiasm from the community were palpable, making the market’s debut a memorable event.
Mark your calendars for the next Barton Village Farmers Market on August 25th. We can’t wait to see you there for another day of fantastic local food, fun, and community connection!
